Race Notes:

· Mike Lack became the third member of Angry Squirrel Speedsport to win at Turtle Creek last year.

· Ev Kamikawa is coming off his sixth 2nd place finish at the Shrine and leapt to first in Husarsbilt Cup points, plus six on Mike Lack, and 19 over John Wiedemann.

· With the win at the Shrine, Dean Strom became the fifth multi-race winner of the season, a number last reached in 06-07. It was Strom’s 11th career win equaling his Alter Ego Racing teammate, Matt Hayek at 13th on the all-time list.

· Rookie Joe Heitz now has the glory of three poles and the ignominy of three DNFs in his debut season, including adding one of each at the Shrine.
